1. Our Philosophy: Data Minimization

OnChain Sentinel LLC ("we," "us," or "our") believes that security should not come at the cost of surveillance. We design our systems to collect the absolute minimum amount of personal data required to operate the OCS Network bridge and policy interface.

2. Public Blockchain Data

Important: The OCS Network is a public blockchain (Layer 2). By design, all transactions, smart account configurations, and policy definitions (e.g., your whitelist addresses) are recorded permanently on the public ledger. This data is immutable and transparent to anyone.

We do not control this public data. We strongly advise you not to include personally identifiable information (PII) in any on-chain transaction notes, labels, or policy metadata.

3. Information We Collect

• Wallet Addresses: We process your public wallet address to facilitate your connection to the DApp and to display your account state.
• Technical Logs: When you use our RPC endpoints or website, we may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security monitoring and DDoS protection. These logs are regularly rotated and not linked to your on-chain identity for marketing purposes.
• Email (Optional): If you sign up for our waitlist or alerts, we collect your email address. This is stored securely and used solely for communication regarding the OCS Network.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., for hosting the bridge interface or RPC nodes). These providers may have their own data collection policies. We strive to select partners who share our commitment to privacy.

5. PGTAIL Risk Scoring

The PGTAIL Engine analyzes transaction patterns to assign risk scores. This analysis is automated and focuses on behavioral heuristics (e.g., velocity, known scam addresses) rather than personal identity profiling.
