1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OnChain Sentinel (OCS) Network Testnet, bridge interface, or related documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Testnet Environment Disclaimer

The OCS Network is currently in a Testnet phase. All tokens, assets, and balances on this network are for testing purposes only and have no real-world monetary value.

Ascension Ledger Sentinel LLC and OnChain Sentinel LLC reserve the right to reset the network state, wipe balances, or update the protocol at any time without notice. You acknowledge that any effort or time invested in accumulating Testnet assets is done at your own risk and does not entitle you to any future compensation or Mainnet allocation.

3. No Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

4. Risk of Use

You understand that blockchain software is experimental technology. Risks include, but are not limited to: software bugs, sequencer failure, smart contract exploits, and loss of access to funds. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the OCS Network Testnet.

5. Operator Disclosure

The OCS Network Testnet infrastructure is operated by OnChain Sentinel LLC, a subsidiary ofAscension Ledger Sentinel LLC. While the goal is progressive decentralization, the initial Testnet Sequencer is centralized and managed by the operator.
